Retreat, Relax, Rest with us at Stone Forest Retreat Center in Cedaredge, CO. It is nestled among the south-facing slopes of the majestic Grand Mesa. At the core of this unique sixty-acre facility, is the geodesic dome gathering hall with a fully equipped kitchen and a window wall where outdoors and indoors merge to create an extraordinary setting. Retreat visitors are able to relax and enjoy the 360 degree vistas, the intimate moss rock and juniper forest, and the spa-quality bathhouse and steam room. There are many paths to walk and meditation benches to enJOY. This is a perfect setting to unplug and tune in to mother earth and gaze up to the star filled skies.

Gregg and I have designed a weekend to retreat, relax and reset in the energy of the Fall Equinox and the time of Harvest and Celebration of Abundance. We will be honoring International day of Peace and World Gratitude day on Saturday. There will be a total of 3 Sound Meditations: One Friday night after dinner and opening circle, one Saturday afternoon while doing some gentle yoga, and one Saturday night while resting under the stars with a bonfire. We have room for 10 to 12 people, so gather a group and sign up. (Each tent fits 2-3 people.)

Here is the general schedule for the weekend:
Friday September 20th:
Check in 3PM- 6PM

Gong Medita;on 8:30 PM
Free time to star gaze, socialize or sleep

Saturday September 21st:
Breakfast will be available 7-9 AM
Free time / book massage, have energy work or hike around
Lunch 12:30-1:30 PM

2:30-3:30 Yoga with Sounds of the Gong playing live
Dinner 6-7 PM
Bonfire and Gong as it flows after dinner
Free time to star-gaze, socialize or sleep

Sunday June 16th:

Lodging, meals, kundalini yoga and gong baths are included in the $333. There are opportunities for massage, energy work, core transformational healing and tai chi (for additional cost) during the free times throughout the weekend.

Gregg Wilkins attended the Chicago Musical College and was a Theory and Composition major as well as a percussionist. He also attended the State Institute of Sonology in the Netherlands where he studied the psychological and physiological affects of sound on the body as well as acoustics and electronic composition and soundscapes. Gregg is a Reiki Master and a Deeksha Blessing Giver. He is a composer/percussionist and has been creating soundscapes/ compositions and working with gongs and cymbals for most of his life. His works and travels have taken him to such places as the Casa de Dom Inacio (John of God) in Brazil and travels through Nepal and Tibet. He has performed as a percussionist and sound sculptor in the United States, the Netherlands, England, Brazil and Tibet.
